Description :  Adsorption dryer 8 L/day - DH800

Adsorption dryer: works without condensation and without the need to empty the water tray, as no liquid water is produced. The dehydrator works in all positions and at all temperatures (from -20° to +40°C).
This is a 3-hole dehumidifier, which means that there is a fan and a dehydrating wheel inside. It is a powerful fan like the other larger units in the range. Some of the dried process air is returned, heated and used to purge the internal desiccant wheel of moisture which can then be exhausted.
The humid air is exhausted to the outside via a 40mm diameter pipe.

The DH800 is equipped with a built-in hygrostat, which allows it to regulate the relative humidity with great precision, and restarts automatically in the event of a power failure.
The dehumidifier can be hidden from view. It can be placed in a cupboard, ceiling void or under a floor. Dry air is drawn into the room, dried and then returned with clean, dry filtered air. An external humidistat may be required in this case.

DH800 is thus a 8 L/day adsorption dehumidifier equivalent to a 16 L/day condensation dehumidifier.

In addition, since DH800 exhausts the humid air outside the room, it allows a slight renewal of the air in the room, new and clean air effectively enters through the leaks to compensate for this extraction.

The DH800 can be easily fixed to the wall via the 4 rubber feet. It can be transported by one person and is easily carried by the carrying handle.
The air in the room to be treated is filtered and dried. The inlet air can be introduced and discharged through a 125 mm duct.

The humid air is discharged through a 125 mm duct. The humid air is exhausted through a 40 mm duct.

Teddington's research shows that the DH800 will be 4 to 7 times faster at drying buildings at low temperatures than a traditional compressor dehumidifier. Always close doors and windows to allow proper drying.
DH1200 is therefore ideal for garages, cellars, second homes, boats, motorhomes and vans.
This model is built to standards that also allow it to be used by professional post-disaster dryers. The device is perfect for targeted drying. The dry air is directed to the place where the moisture to be extracted is located. Example of "positive pressure" or forcing dry air into areas where it is needed.


Very compact:
DH800 is the smallest 12 L/day dehumidifier on the market.

Dust filter:
Single reticulated dust filter in a metal frame. Can be cleaned by shaking or easily replaced. Prevents dust particles from entering the unit and affecting performance.

Easy repair:
Maintenance and possible repair has been thought out with an easy to remove cover that allows easy cleaning of components, or quick replacement of parts by a qualified person.
This extends the life of the air dryer.

4 feet:
Patented anti-scratch plastic feet design. They also provide anchor points for the drier.

Transport handle:
Easy to carry by one person.

Integrated hygrostat humidity control:
An internal hygrostat is installed on the front of the unit, but it is possible to install an external hygrostat. A jack is located on the front of the unit. This allows the dehumidifier to be switched on and off automatically from a distance if it is hidden or installed in a duct, or if a humidistat with a remote display is required, for example.

The dehumidifier has all inlets and outlets fitted with flanges to allow the addition of 125mm diameter ducting, rigid or flexible.

DH800 dehumidifiers are equipped with a process air outlet flange, which is not the case with DH800 models, which allow dry air to be distributed in the room only.

Power supply - 230 V 50 Hz:
Automatic Reset - If the power supply is interrupted, the Dehydrator will continue to operate as soon as the power is restored.

5 metre power cord:
No need for an extension cord when the appliance is placed, for example, in a crawl space or in the attic of a house.

All metal construction:
All metal and stainless steel inside and out. Designed for longevity.
