Technology
By means of high frequency vibrations (ultrasound) water droplets of 1 to 3 μm in diameter are formed on the water surface of the nebulizer. The built-in fan then transports them to the mist spread ramps.
Air humidification therefore uses very little energy.
The water particles are evaporated and the energy of this evaporation is taken from the ambient air.
(This is the adiabatic effect). Thus, the ambient air temperature decreases and the relative humidity increases.
Industrial product of agro-food quality, the DM12 nebulizer operates without damp fallout and in silence. The integrated DVC (Variable and Continuous Flow) system makes it possible to adjust the fog flow (via the front screen or via an external 0-10V signal) to the real need in an immediate and instantaneous way.
VAPATRONICS is suitable for the nebulization of water on fruits and vegetables, for barrel cellars, cigar cellars, cold rooms, refrigerated display cases, clean rooms, culture rooms and all other sensitive applications.
Its variable and continuous flow regulation makes it a very precise device for all process applications as well.
With its reverse osmosis unit and its all 316 L stainless steel construction, the VAPATRONICS DM12 is the guarantee of clean, pollution-free humidification.

The DM12 nebulizer is equipped with large air filters thus guaranteeing healthy air in the environment and in the device. These 2 large washable air filters allow easier and lighter maintenance.
When the DM12 nebulizer is stopped or switched off, the internal tank is automatically emptied, so no water can stagnate and pollute the installation.
The DM12 nebulizer also carries out regular rinsing in order to guarantee optimal health safety at all times.
Design
During the various design and development phases of the VAPATRONICS DM12 nebulizers, the greatest attention has been paid to the food-grade cleanliness of the nebulizers. So that no pollution or inconvenience is caused by the nebulization system.
The strict specifications of our engineers, the result of close collaboration between big names in food production and distribution, as well as in industry since 1984, offer the equipment operator comfort of use and very flexible maintenance.

IOT on-board intelligence also allows predictive maintenance, thus limiting maintenance costs by notifying the technician only if necessary, and by prompting to change wear parts only at the right time.
Device reset and fault diagnosis can also be done remotely.
Lifetime Guarantee
The VAPATRONICS is the only humidifier guaranteed for life, subject to subscription to the manufacturer's maintenance contract.
