The adsorption dryer controls the relating humidity of the not heated places such cold rooms or stores of stocking of wood, iron, cardboard, textile industry, kernels, sugar …for industry, museums or defence for instance. The dryer also abolishes condensation in the cold surface of pipes, reservoirs, pumps, hoods of protection, building and electrical and electronic installations. . It protects the works of arts, the post offices of piloting (military installations, power stations, dockyard, planes, boats, satellites, etc).
And of course the dryer allows to adjust hygrometry during production and manufacture of hygroscopic products in pharmaceutical industry and in food industry between others.
Air process (air to be treated) crosses the wheel in permanent rotation; this one keeps the humidity contained in air. A flux of air heated by electrical resistance, says air of regeneration, is injected into the wheel in compared sense. This hot air evaporates the water contained in the wheel then is evacuated of the apparatus towards the outside. Each of both fluxes has his own fan.
The wheel is fabricated from 80 % minimum of Silicate, which is supported by a chemical resolution without solvent based on glass fibbers. In stage of regeneration, the temperature of the wheel is about 120-140°C.
