Using the TEDDINGTON high-pressure pump, water at 80 bars is sprayed in a micro fog. The evaporation of this mist allows an immediate cooling of the air.
The temperature then drops to 10 ° C.

The TEDDINGTON misting kit is designed to mist air condensers.
Designed to lower the temperature by up to 10°C, the TEDDINGTON Condenser and Refrigeration Unit Fogging System instantly lowers the unit's High Pressure or heat transfer fluid temperature, even during the hottest hours of the summer.

A high pressure misting unit(80 bar) in a boxed body, including:
- High pressure manometer
- Water supply solenoid valve
- Pressure regulator
- 4 anti-vibration feet
- Electric cable with 230V plug

Brumming and draining:
- Misting nozzles with drip stop
- Drainage discharge nozzle

The regulation is carried out in all-or-nothing on the electrical supply of the fogging unit, either via a thermostat or a pressure switch. The regulation can also be manual.

The installation must be drained in winter.
The misting kit for air-condenser is sized according to the surface of the heat exchanger:
5 to 8 m²: 15 nozzle kit
5 to 8 m² : kit 15 nozzles
8 to 12 m² : kit 25 nozzles
25 to 40 m² : kit 75 nozzles
Caution: each misting kit must be implemented with a minimum number of nozzles, in order not to overheat:
10 nozzle kit: 8
15 nozzle kit: 15
25 nozzle kit: 15
40 nozzle kit: 30
50 nozzle kit: 40
75 nozzle kit: 50
IMPORTANT:
The foggers on air condensers do not fall under the declaration regime under heading no. 2921 of the nomenclature of classified installations for the protection of the environment.
