The LEneo OEM Premium submerged electrode humidifier series is designed to minimize installation costs.
The kit includes the water spray cylinder with drain pump, filling solenoid valve, hydraulic network, cleanable steam cylinder and control electronics.
The electronic control is separate and can be installed on a switchboard.
The LEeo OEM Premium Series is particularly suitable for ACTs.

• Connecting the steam cylinder with separate electrodes.

• Cleanable steam cylinder that can be easily replaced with steel electrodes, cylinder bottom anti-scaling filter, maximum water level sensor and quick-connect electrical connections.

• Resistant and reliable drain pump.
• Separate electronic control for installation in the control cabinet with an integrated display (optional remote control).
• Management of a second Relative Humidity Limit sensor to prevent condensation in air duct.
• Management up to 6 devices in master / slave structure to reach 36 kg / h.
• Caution: The kit does not include the power contactor, terminal blocks and wiring.
Electronic Order:
The electronic microprocessor controller TEDDY STEAM allows extremely careful control and configuration of the device. Thanks to the many variables available, it is indeed possible to customize the operation of the humidifier according to the specific requirements of the customer.
• Several commands available: All-Or-Nothing by external contact, proportional with connected HR probe (option), proportional by external 0-10V signal, All-or-None by NTC probe connected (option), Modbus.
• Management of a second H.R. high sheath limit probe.
• Optimized use for the Hammam thanks to the integrated temperature control, gasoline management, control of the blower and extraction fan.
• Proportional adjustment of steam flow from 20% to 100%.
• Maximum steam flow reduction via the digital input or via the display.
• Automatic emptying out of use.
• Operating hour counter.
• Management of the maximum water level sensor.
• Wide-screen control consoles and status icon for reading and programming work data remotely controllable up to 100 meters with a single telephone cable.
• Diagnosis to locate problems or the need for maintenance.
• RS485 connection with Modbus protocol.
